We are looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals to fill the following roles: Electricians & Apprentices (Construction / Skilled Trades) Supply Chain & Logistics Specialists (Procurement & Material Flow) Warehouse Specialists (General Labor / Material Kitting) Quality Assurance Inspectors (Project Review & Code Compliance) Telecommunications Techs (Low-Voltage & Data Cabling) Delivery Drivers (Transport & Logistics – No CDL Required) Whether you are a seasoned trade/logistics professional or looking to get your foot in the door, we offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive team culture. Heavy equipment or forklift certifications are a plus, but not required!
- Construction & Skilled Trades (Electricians & Apprentices): Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and conduits for residential and commercial projects according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate purchasing, manage supplier relationships, track order lead times, and optimize material flow to ensure our field crews always have the specialized components they need, when they need them.
- General Labor & Warehouse: Keep our operations moving by receiving inventory, organizing electrical supplies, and "kitting" (pre-picking and staging) materials for field crews. Assist with site cleanup and loading/unloading as needed.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Coordination: Conduct post-installation inspections to verify that all wiring, panels, and completed work conform to project blueprints and safety standards before final sign-off.
- Telecommunications & Low-Voltage: Install, terminate, and test data cables (Cat5e/Cat6), fiber optics, and security/smart-home infrastructure.
- Trucking & Transport (Delivery Driver): Safely transport materials, tools, and bulk supplies from the warehouse directly to active job sites using company transport vehicles (such as box trucks or heavy pickups with trailers).
Requirements
- Experience: Role-dependent (we welcome both experienced Journeymen/Technicians and motivated entry-level laborers eager to learn).
- Driver's License: A valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for transport roles. (Note: A CDL is NOT required).
- Certifications (The Pluses): Forklift or Heavy Equipment Operation certificates are not required, but are a major plus if you have them!
- Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in active warehouse or construction environments.
- Mindset: Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and fully committed to a "Safety First" workplace culture.
