Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Responsibilities:TOP MOST IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:* Conduct propulsion system simulations for Client battery packs, including discharge, durability, and charging behavior analysis.* Track simulation results and identify next-step actions to inform testing and design decisions.* Profile and manage simulation workload, ensuring smooth handover to future permanent hires for ongoing programs.* Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.* 2+ years of experience in battery, EV propulsion, or energy storage system simulation.* Proficiency in simulation tools relevant to battery performance, durability, and charging (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or equivalent).Belcan is a leading provider of qualified personnel to many of the world's most respected enterprises.
