Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job SummaryOur Client's Aerospace Vision and Sensor Systems Electrical Engineering is responsible for all electrical engineering tasks related to the design, analysis, test and certification of aerospace Head-Up Displays, Helmet Mounted Displays, and Avionics Vision Systems in both commercial and military fields.This position is primarily for a digital hardware designer with an emphasis on design, implementation, and testing of complex digital circuit cards with high-speed data links.Primary Responsibilities:* Design high-reliability electronic circuits for commercial and military avionics* Define and capture requirements for new hardware designs using enterprise tools such as Jama* Perform preliminary design activities such as hardware architecture and design trade-studies* Perform detailed design activities such as circuit analysis and schematic generation* Perform technical oversight and coordination of circuit card layout* Perform functional test and integration of circuit card prototypes* Design and build integration support equipment* Support electrical qualification testing* Support manufacturing during early unit builds* Oversee efforts of less experienced electrical designersBasic Qualifications:* Bachelor"s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR* Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience* Must be a U.S. Person / Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holderPreferred Qualifications:* Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition Design and Layout* Digital board design experience with multi-gigabit serial links Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
